Purchasing Online & Delivery
All stock is subject to availability. Designs and colours may vary from those shown. Not all items and offers available in store will be available online.
Kids Central & Early Learning Centre are not responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online. Suggested age ranges are usually provided by the supplier & we cannot vouch for the accuracy - parents should check the product to see if it is appropriate for their child.
All
prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
Please check your order against the packing list before opening or using the items. If there is any discrepancy, please call Customer Service on 1300 850 123 (during normal business hours) or email customer service. See our returns & exchange policy below.
Delivery & Shipping
Online ordering facility is available for delivery within Australia only.
A standard $15.00 freight applies for most orders.
This freight fee covers all items purchased on the one order.
A gift voucher only purchase has no delivery fee added.
There are some larger items, that incur a higher delivery fee usually between $25 to $50 per order.
These will be clearly displayed in your shopping basket prior to completing your transaction.
Delivery of all Little Tikes play equipment (not rideons) has a $75 delivery charge (per item) . Please call Direct Sales with queries 1300 850 123.
Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky deliveries as well as deliveries to remote locations within Australia.
In the case of bulky items/remote areas, customers will be contacted to agree on the additional freight charges, prior to delivery.
Items are usually delivered within 5 -7 working days, it may take longer for more remote areas areas. Smaller deliveries, particularly to East Coast metro areas, are usually quicker than this.
Please call 1300 850 123 to check the likely time for your delivery if you are concerned. Most deliveries are managed via Australia Post parcel delivery. Treehouse furniture may have a longer delivery time - Direct Staff will contact you and let you know proposed delivery.
Buying for a Gift
If you are purchasing as a gift to be delivered to someone else, please make sure you have provided your own contact email or phone number correctly. This will allow us to contact you if there is problem with the delivery or address details - otherwise it will be necessary to contact the recipient - and possibly ruin the suprise!
We do not put a receipt in for deliveries that are going to a different shipping address - once again so we don't ruin any suprise presents. You will be emailed a receipt for your purchase.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
We expect that you & your kids will love our toys, but occasionally things will go wrong. If this is the case give us a call as soon as you notice the problem and we will try to fix, replace or refund you as quickly as possible.
Follow the instructions below and the lovely people in Phone Sales & Customer Service will do their best to help.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing 1300 850 123. We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods.
Please include written documentation as to what is wrong with your toy. Customer service will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number to return the goods.
If you want to exchange a toy or other product for any other reason, you must pay for the freight and we must receive the goods back in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days.
Please include a copy of your order when returning goods.
Alternatively you may exchange goods at any of our
Early Learning Centre or Kids Central stores.
Please note: Credits and exchanges cannot be offered on stock that was originally sold at a reduced price.
