TERMS & CONDITIONS
The kidscard is provided and operated by Skansen KCG Pty Ltd ("us/we/our").
1. MEMBERSHIP:
1.1. By registering for the Early Learning Centre Rewards Program ("the Program") a Member accepts the kidscard terms and conditions, which can be viewed in whole in-store or online at www.kidscentral.com.au or www.elctoys.com.au. ("Conditions"). An outline of these conditions follows.
1.2. Membership is free. Registration is by completing the registration form online at www.kidscentral.com.au, www.elctoys.com.au or in-store. 1.3. A Member must notify us of any change of address or of a lost or stolen kidscard. 1.4. Members will receive a Points Summary Statement ("Statement") via email. The most recent Statement can also be found on online at www.kidscentral.com.au, www.elctoys.com.au or by calling the customer service line 1300 850 123. 1.5. A Member may cancel membership in the Program at any time by calling the Early Learning Centre customer service line.
2. EARNING POINTS:
2.1. Points are earned on the basis that every $1 spent online and at any Early Learning Centre, Kids Central or Mothercare store in a single transaction will earn 1 point. Points are based on whole dollars paid, inclusive of GST.
2.2. To obtain points, a Member must present his or her kidscard at the point of sale or enter the membership number at check out. If the purchase is via telephone the Member must quote the membership number to which the kidscard relates.
2.3. A Member must first acquire 300 points in 24 months before he or she can claim a reward. At 300 points a Member will receive $15 credit on his or her kidscard to be able to claim a reward from the reward schedule. Thereafter, for every 100 points acquired within 24 months an additional $5 credit will be added.
2.4. The purchase of clearance and sale items and some selected lines do not count toward reward points. For more details, call our customer service line.
2.5. Points are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.6. Unused points expire 24 months after being credited to the Member’s account.
3. CLAIMING A REWARD:
3.1. A Member may request a reward from the current reward schedule by contacting the Program in ways provided by us.
3.2. When a Member uses points to claim a reward, the points are deducted from the points balance of a Member’s account, with the oldest points being deducted first.
3.3. All rewards are subject to availability.
4. GENERAL:
4.1. We reserve the right to make any changes at any time and without notice to the rewards which members may redeem.
4.2. In addition to deductions for rewards claimed, points will be deducted from the balance of a Member’s account if they have been credited in error or relating to a transaction which is canceled or reversed or where a refund is given.
4.3. We reserve the right to end the Program at any time without prior notice.
5. PRIVACY POLICY:
5.1. We will not disclose a Member’s information (except for any statutory or legal requirements) without a Member’s prior approval.
5.2. Early Learning Centre’s privacy policy is available on our websites www.kidscentral.com.au or www.elctoys.com.au
5.3. Members have the right to opt out of mailings, email messages and SMS’s received from Early Learning Centre. You can access your personal information by writing to Early Learning Centre, Reply Paid 83176, Paddington, NSW 2021 or via www.kidscentral.com.au or www.elctoys.com.au
